  • One of the wasted real-estates in call centers are the plasma screen, they always display boring stuff.
    We like to use it, and display the results of the Gamification process.
    I think that everybody likes to see their name and face, if it is higher ranks – then it will motivate them. And if in lower place, then it will encourage them to move up.
    You can see also the team competition – which focus on team spirit and group pressure to improve
