  • Poor users experience: in order to find a volume – you either need to know to which series it belongs to. Or a 5 step search process
  • Increase discoverability of titles purchased through search, browse, linking options from external platforms
  • Reason users may want to change org choice: different depts/accounts may have different subscriptions or different settings
