Consulting Fee:
The fee structure for our executive service is as follows:
8.33% of annual gross salary for all level positions.
(Rates may change as per negotiations)
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education
allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given
as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
We shall be charging @10% of the anticipated professional scrutiny advance at the time of accepting the
assignment.
Aborted Assignment: Once the requirement is placed and confirmed, we will immediately start processing the
same which involves utilising resources on our part. If an assignment is discontinued by a client midway, due to
any reason on their part, professional fees at 50% of the eatimate final billing plus actual expenses will become
payable to us.
Replacement: WE GUARANTEE: If the candidate leaves within 30 days of joining, SCS will find a replacement
which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily. We will need to be
informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
