good EFFECTIVE design Design must always have a  is… purpose, objec5ves, otherwise  it’s art, and not design. 

good CLEAR design Avoid confusion, avoid a too  is… wide range of interpreta5on of  the message and you’ll be sure  to get the right thing across to  the customer. 

good AESTHETIC design Design is visual, and must  is… communicate in an aesthe5c  manner. Style, form, power, all  of these come from an aesthe5c  approach. 

good INNOVATIVE design Design needs to be powered by  is… innova5on, because without it,  our world would be completely  boring. 

good PERMANENT design What was good design 30 or 50  is… years ago is s5ll good design  today. If it’s good, it will last.
