Component #1 - Capturing             Are you using your memory? Do you have many or few capture points? Never relies on memory, and uses reliable capture points all the time. One is always available, and the number is kept to a minimum Green Belt Very little memory, plus paper that is part of a set of pads or other systems. There is little consolidation. Orange Belt Uses memory, plus specific paper and a handful of Inboxes / Voice mailboxes Yellow Belt Relies on memory, random bits of paper and up to many Inboxes / Voice mailboxes Novice / White Belt
