One visits a hospital or a medical facility because they are either unwell or someone they know is unwell. Each visitor has expectations with regard to recovery and also the hospital itself.

In discussions with visitors to a couple of hospitals, one tried to map these expectations as much as possible. But it is obvious that there are many expectations that have not been tapped.

It is a request to the reader to add their inputs from their experiences and expectations . The map currently does not cover expectations which are related to the medical procedure, doctors etc. Do add your views on these.
