This letter is to announce this limited offer of Gold for Sale from the Bee Mine in Arizona. For the next 4 weeks we will be open to receive purchase orders for the pre-sale of .9999 Fine Gold which production commences on October 1, 2009.

This sale includes a limited quantity of gold that we will produce on a per order basis for buyers who want to take advantage of a 20% below spot value for pure gold.

The process is very simple:

1. Place an order. (Decide what amount of money you want to exchange for gold direct from the mine.)

2. Get a Quote. (We provide a proforma invoice quoting you the price and number of ounces you would be able to purchase, a purchase agreement, and bank wiring instructions.)

3. Make a payment to lock it in. (Once funds have actually been received, we will issue a formal Purchase Invoice locking in the actual price based on a 20% discount on that day’s Spot pricing and actual number of ounces to be produced with the expected time of production completion.)

4. Collect your Gold. (Once the production has commenced, buyer receives a weekly progress report on how much gold has been put into their account. Once the complete order has been filled within a maximum of 6 months from time of purchase, the buyer will be able to exercise any one of the following options):
a. Have the gold shipped to a destination of their choosing. (Shipping costs and security will be the
responsibility of the buyer.)
b. Sell the gold back to BDI at a 5% below Spot price. (BDI holds the refined gold in account for Buyer
in the secured vault at the Florida refinery until such a time as the Buyer wants to have the gold sold
or cashed out by BDI. BDI guarantees a buy back contract at 5% below the Spot price of the day that
the request is made by the Buyer.

**If Buyer finds an legitimate offer to sell that is higher than the 5%, then BDI will have the option to meet any such price.
