  • 2. 2007-2009 - SHORT AND ASSOCIATES, LONDON, UK 62&63 PALL MALL, LONDON – section and elevations for planning application report PALL MALL SW1 North - South Section Pall Mall Elevation • £10.2 million and 2070 square meters of office building on Pall Mall • Situated in a historical context, across form St. James’s Palace, adjacent to a Grade 2 listed building by architect Norman Shaw. • New building to replace two existing ones, 62 & 63 Pall Mall. • Façade of 62 is retained while 63 Pall Mall is rebuilt. New rear façade to Georgian style listed Pickering Place. • Have been granted planning consent. • Assisted in the design, attended meetings with client, consultants and planners.
