  9. 9. Argument: The level of L2 speaking in a dual language classroom will increase if the teacher differentiates activities and integrates reading, writing, and listening with speaking. Another effective way to promote speaking in the same setting is to group students into cooperative learning groups, according to their levels of proficiency in the target language as well as gender.
