  • MiToBS Bandy Stevens-Collini I would argue that monitoring what people say about a brand is not as simple as you “prove” in this slide show. TNS monitors it; big media agencies do it yearly with an investment of milions of USD. Plus. Your F model is very very open to discussion and extremely weak. I would argue: many brands populate their own blogs DAILY. they have staff, teams populating and writing on blogs and commenting positively about their own products. You work in this field…you should know. This is the outcome of attentive and deep analysis of the Target Audience; this is the outcome of a strong and deep market research. Could you please let me know what tools are you using to ’monitor social media’? There are conferences held all over the world right now. Nobody has so far agreed on one method. We are struggling to compile data and give them a sense from the multiple platforms we use (which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to run). I think promising businesses and clients that you can measure the social media impact and charging them for this is unethical, especially when you give no insight into what you’re measuring. 3 years ago
