FrontRange Mobile app permits users to track service requests on an iPad, update logged requests and enter new ones on the go.

In this video, we demonstrate the delivery of a smart phone using this app. Randy has downloaded FrontRange Mobile onto his iPad and he can now log in while in the field to view all of his tasks to see what is priority. When he accepts the smart phone delivery task, the ITSM record is immediately updated and goes to pick up the phone. He delivers it, edits the details, logs the time taken and marks the task as completed. All is done with a copy of the data, so if service is lost, no data is not.

The iPad app also facilitates "shoulder taps." This is where another person finds Randy in the hallway and makes another request. Randy can add an incident, describes the work done, and closes it, all before he returns to his desk
