    • It is a school situated in Makati.
    • The school offers Grade School, and High School education and vocational courses for less fortunate youths.
    • The offerings of Don Bosco Makati aside from real education includes technical curriculum - Wood working, Graphic Arts, Electronics and Electrical Technology, Industrial Drafting, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology and Computer Technology.

    • To realize our vision, we commit ourselves to live the Salesian spirit and become a powerhouse for vocation.
    • We also commit to attain excellence by being a learning community characterized by the use of modern technology and openness to new paradigms and creative expressions.

    • Don Bosco Technical Institute is owned by chain retailers; the same goes with the school’s bookstore .

    • The bookstore of Don Bosco Technical Institute can be classified under a “specialty store”.
  • 7. Strategy Mix:
    • Store Location – the bookstore is just located inside the school premise; near the students reach.
    • Operating Procedures – all operations are done manually with occasional use of desktop computers for encoding and record keeping.
    • Goods/Services Offered – Basic school supplies; School Uniforms and Accessories
  • 8. Strategy Mix:
    • Pricing Tactics – price the products a little lower than those commercialized bookstores outside the school is offering.
    • Store Atmosphere - can accommodate only a handful of customers(students); employees are able to move freely; stocks and display items are organized, tidy and nicely displayed.

    • Customer Services - service is organized yet sometimes a little disorganized when there are too many customers; very hospitable.
