    2. Is it just me, or does everybody seem to be talking about Twitter…
    3. Don’t listen to ‘experts’
    4. Look for ideas and try things out
    5. Three ways organisations are using Twitter
    6. 1. Have a public face to a brand +
    7. 2. And that you are actually engaging Have micro-interactions Have micro-interactions Respond to people and enter into a conversation Ask what they thing and get instant feeback
    8. 2. Segment, segment, segment
    9. Not everybody wants the same thing, so don’t treat them in the same way
    10. 3. Provide a gateway to engage
    11. It is part of a hub-and-spoke social media strategy
    12. And recognise that Twitter is only part of a social media strategy Use Twitter as the gateway to engaging with you
    13. But the best thing is just to have a go
