  • 4. Look for ideas and try things out
  • 5. Three ways organisations are using Twitter
  • 6. 1. Have a public face to a brand +
  • 7. 2. And that you are actually engaging Have micro-interactions Have micro-interactions Respond to people and enter into a conversation Ask what they thing and get instant feeback
  • 8. 2. Segment, segment, segment
  • 9. Not everybody wants the same thing, so don’t treat them in the same way
  • 10. 3. Provide a gateway to engage
  • 11. It is part of a hub-and-spoke social media strategy
  • 12. And recognise that Twitter is only part of a social media strategy Use Twitter as the gateway to engaging with you
  • 13. But the best thing is just to have a go
