Religiousorganizations head the list by a big margin.Storms of nature brought out some of thebest in the human spirit in 2008. Thanks inpart to volunteers, and to those who contributemoney, the American Red Cross was ableto deliver needed services, food and suppliesto legions of people harmed by Hurricanes Ikeand Gustav.
