Interview Details – Very laid back, they ask you a few simple questions about your application and they usually give you the job right then and there if they like you enough. Interview Question – I wasn't given any difficult questions ======================================================== Target Team Member Interview - I applied in-person and the process took 2 weeks Interview Details – 2 interviews with the two supervisory levels above you, Team Leader and Executive Team Leader. 3-4 beginning interview questions, 4 situational/tell me about a time questions. About 15-25 minutes per interview not including any follow up questions the interviewer may have. Interview Questions What are your strengths, and areas for opportunity? Tell me about a time when you had mutltiple things to do in a short period of time. How did you manage the situation? ======================================================== Overnight Flow Team Member Interview - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks Interview Details – Manager was very friendly and professional, when I inquired about employment. After applying via web, an interview was offered by the overnight manager shortly after (one week). The interview went GREAT! The manager I met with was very cordial, and interested in my qualifications and experience. We also made some small talk about each others backgrounds which was very pleasant. They offered me the job at the end of the interview, and had to submit to a drug test within 2 days, which was no problem. I then was put on schedule to work 2 weeks later.
