You have succeeded if you can go over and have an intelligent conversation about the employer and their business. INTERVIEW CLOTHES: First you need to dress for the job and go to the interview like you were going to work. Dress for Success here is a nice pair of jeans and a collared shirt (polo shirts work well). Steel-toe boots are needed only if they hire you. KNOW IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB OR NOT: These are very nice people but, they are business people with a business to run, they are not social workers. They tell you on the front side what standards they expect. Being on time and not missing work is critical to you keeping this job. Please read through the job description and be truthful about your ability to hold to their standards. This (current position) is a second shift and they are not moving to the new location until August. Please look at the location and determine if the current location works for you or not.
