This all happened in a matter of 4 days. I think they just really needed people so this probably isn't a typical time frame. At the interview you take a mini assessment on the computer, not nearly as long as the one during the application. You watch a 4-5 minute video. It's fairly simple but pay attention because they asked you what you learned from it / what it showed. You get some scenario questions with one person. Usually if the second interviewer says we will get back to you, you are not going to get an offer unless you are applying in busy months like Dec or Jan. Interview Question –Mostly behavioral questions, very straight forward. But be prepared because if you take time to think it’s not a good sign.
