Typical questions were asked, nothing that reallystood out. The interview process is nothing to be worried about, just know answers toquestions like, "When was a time you worked best as a team?"Interview Question –There wasnt a question that was too difficult or unexpected.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CASHIER AT BEST BUY - ACCEPTED OFFER–MAY 12, 2013Interview Details –You have two sit down interviews with managers they ask standardquestions. Simple questions such as:Why do you want to work for Best Buy? What is your availability? Etc. afterwards theyscheduled my first interview which was 3 days later with the 2 managers. The interview wasapproximately 25 minutes of scenario questions which they read from an interview guide. Mybest advice here is to be as specific and detailed as possible and tie it in to past experience thatis similar. They are required to take notes while you talk so dont be alarmed, just answerconfidently and youll be fine. After the interview was over the manager told me that I will becontacted to schedule my final interview with the GM, he said if i nail that one i got the job justbe myself and i should do fine.I got a call the next day to schedule my interview with the GM; it was shorter than the previousinterview with similar scenario questions but fewer. The trick to this interview is to nail thequestion on shrink which is very important to the company since its an ongoing problem whichis impossible to fix completely but can be controlled if employees take the right precautions.Basically itll be a question like"What would you do if you saw another employee steal something?" or"If you were the manager and an employee stole an item what punishmentshould the employee receive?"You basically have to convey the message that stealing shouldnt be tolerated no matter whatin your response. After i nailed that question and answered the scenario questions satisfactorilyi was made a job offer but it was contingent upon passing a criminal background check anddrug screen which took about a week for them to get the results. Then i got a call fororientation which was just watching a bunch of best buy videos for 5 hours and introductions.The training was just e-learning and shadowing employees for 2 weeks.Interview Question –Most of the questions were the same just scenarios questions which ithoroughly prepared for beforehand, but if i would have to choose 1 since i hate to talk aboutmyself and didnt know what kind of answer they were looking for i would have to say "Whatdo you feel are your strengths and weaknesses?"----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SALES CONSULTANT AT BEST BUY - ACCEPTED OFFER –MAY 6, 2013Interview Details –I had three interviews, first one over the phone. they just asked myavailability and what department i would like to work at. Second interview with Departmentmanager.It was a group interview which was a bit easy three questions and manager was very

Basically asked why i wanted to work hereand what i would do if i was manager and caught an employee stealing, i said I’d fire him and hewas happy with my answer.
