Background Description of the Organization:
“La Fundación para la Reconciliación” is a not-for-profit that develops training and
educational processes through the pedagogy of forgiveness, care and reconciliation,
as a novel proposal to plant a culture of peace in the neighbourhood, the family, the
school, the workplace and the country. For the last 10 years we have been inspired to
effectively contribute to the peace of nations.
Their action has gone beyond the national level, reaching 14 countries in Latin
America, in response to particular societal violence in each of them.
The project:
The Fundación para la reconciliación, has developed educational tools for peace and
coexistence in Colombia and Latin America, through 5 lines of work: Political Culture
of Forgiveness and Reconciliation, Forgiveness and Reconciliation Schools, Youth
reconciliation Network, Centers for Reconciliation and Emotional Literacy, the
development of these lines of work motivates us to generate a line of products that
will position the brand in various global scenarios, the project of the TIENDAS
ESPERE is the foundation for realizing this initiative.
Need:
• Position alternative messages and attitudes conducive to creating
environments for coexistence and peace.
• Make available to any person, products that inviting him/her to think and act
differently in their everyday relationships.
• Place the themes of forgiveness, Care and Reconciliation in the daily lives of
people.
• Obtaining an economic resource to help strengthen and expand the work of the
Foundation with the intention of generating a new political culture of
forgiveness and reconciliation.
2. Desired Outcome
• Jointly developed working plan
• Design of products alluding to forgiveness, care and reconciliation.
• Sales and marketing strategy for the products.

Responsibility:
The KaosPilot Team will seek to fulfill the Desired Outcome, while including Recon and other
colombians hereby creating ownership in the process.
Time:
Frederik and Aurimas are dedicated to assignment 20 hours a week
Anna, Ylwa and Marianne 7 hours a week

Expectations of the project team:
• To contribute, from your knowledge and experience, to generating innovative
ideas in the design of products that strengthen messages related to
forgiveness, care and reconciliation.
• Contribute to the design of a sales and marketing strategy for the products.
• Identify potential sponsors of this initiative.
Resources Available for project
Budget for assignment:
The Foundation has a few resources that could support the idea. However, part of the
work of KP students would be to work on the identification of possible funding
sources.
Transport help, working space:
The Foundation will assign the KP students a workspace at the Foundation. It will also
cover transportation expenses related to the project.
Other materials:
Other needs will be considered by the Foundation. It is in our interest to support the
work of the KP students.
