  • Your stakeholders are people who are affected by the work you do and the way in which you operate. At the same time, they can also have an impact on you. Your customers, for instance, could take their custom elsewhere; your staff could lose their motivation and not work as effectively as they could, or your volunteers could decide to donate their time to another organisation.
