Provide more consistent flow of information across multiple physical campuses. Eliminate the need for staff to be in multiple systems. Track communication with top donors. Provide Advancement team members with up-to-date donation information.
    • How We Chatter: Chatter and New Team Members Provides an immediate “win” for trainees. Learning new systems is always a challenge, but thanks to Facebook, almost everyone is already an expert on the process of setting up a profile and connecting.
    • How We Chatter: Chatter and Employee Relationships These friendships have a positive impact on morale, and also serve as the basis for better collaboration. Allows friendships to be made across physical locations.
