Featured projects are visible for all to see and are listed on the main page for a longer period of time.
Programmers are charged reduced rates which results in lower bids on projects.
A featured project means a serious project. Only serious providers will bid on your project if they see it is featured.

PMB - Project Message Board
In the project message board buyer and freelancer can discuss topics about the project.
You can check a freelancers efficiency by interviewing and exchanging files via the PMB.
You must not post your contact information in the PMB or else ScriptLance will suspend your account.
Keep all your discussions in one place, this provides a record if a dispute settlement is required.
