  • Module Samples:Social Network Basics (MOD-01) – This module will be used to get participants familiarwith Social Network basic principles and how to use their old traditional network buildingtechniques, newly learned network building techniques and how Social Networks actuallyrespond. This process is an exceptional way to begin the offline to online translationprocess and help them understand why they are doing the online activity in the followingmodules. This will also help them understand where to look and how to see things beyondtheir current network.LinkedIn Basics (MOD-02) – LinkedIn has many areas to master and properly leverageclient, competitor and prospect penetration. The core skills taught to this point will beapplied to the Social Network platform of LinkedIn. With LinkedIn having over 150 millionprofessionals and adding over 3 million a month, it is important for the participants tounderstand how to leverage this most important business tool. This module will also allowthem to make sure they hold the corporate brand standards in their new account and areproperly connected to the company pages to maximize network awareness andpenetration in outside communities.LinkedIn Profile Creation and Maintenance (MOD-03) – There are very specific bestpractices when setting up profiles that are critical to having LinkedIn work while you arenot logged in. Participants will learn how to strategically fill out their history to build upsupportive credibility for themselves and the company’s online presence. There are alsocritical settings that once enabled can ensure that key staff and industry persons ofinterest get picked up in targeted searches and network updates where a presence isneeded. This is done through this a very strategic and tactical session. Once the basicsare set the participants will learn how to maintain critical areas as they continue toachieve career milestones for the company.LinkedIn Power Building and Online Conversion (MOD-04) – The art of Online SocialNetworks allows the user to gain trusted access into areas needed to find and penetratekey accounts. This module is focused on the art of not just finding accounts, but usingthose accounts to gain access to key decision makers. This is an ongoing practice thatwill yield continuous appointments that will also add to building a significant pipeline.There are also some initial group building techniques taught here and learning to leveragethe power of groups to also access key contacts and accounts.   • Step Two – Executive and Sales Management Coaching Your Forward Progress team will align a customized coaching plan with your Executives and Sales Management. Then based on the mutually agreed objectives, your coaching team will meet during scheduled coaching sessions to ensure that all business goals are met or exceeded. You coach will require a certain amount of hours each week to work the assignments provided. Any deviation or falter from these assignments could affect the outcome of this engagement. As necessary adjustments are needed, your coach will adjust the plan, and thenask the team to make their adjustments. Forward Progress wants to make sure theseadjustments are executed immediately once identified. For this engagement we proposethree coaching subjects.Tools – We pride ourselves in utilizing the most cost effective lead generation and salestools available today. Part of our process is to produce maximum results with the lowesttotal cost of sale possible. While this varies for every business, our coaches are trained toidentify what can be used from current resources first, and then reach out tocomplimentary tools.
