    Notes on slide 1

Welcome and good morning! We’re very excited that you’ve joined us. I’m Sophie Campagne, Director of User Experience at Forum One. Today we’re going to hear from 4 organizations who have approached their redesigns with their users in mind. From testing how intuitive a user interface is in multiple languages, to inexpensive tools to collect feedback from your users - this promises to be a very interesting discussion. A few logistics for our morning together: If you haven’t already, please silence your cell phones. We will take a short break at 9:45 for coffee and networking and we’ll wrap up at 11:00 sharp. Bathrooms are straight down the hall to the left. Some of us are going to lunch together after the event. Please join us! We’ll meet at the base of the stairs immediately following the event, and then go down to the food court together. There are a number of choices, and a big space for us to convene & talk more.
