Who can add a BuyWidget to their site
Any US-based site that conforms to the BuyWidget Terms Of Service accepted at sign-up
If your site is one of the following, then you will benefit from adding a BuyWidget to your site:
Part of, or central to a community of sites or blogs, drawing traffic and seeking to monetize your visitors
Music-focused sites and blogs – artists, publishers, labels, influencers and tastemakers
Entertainment or editorial sites currently without a music download sales component
Charity, faith-based or educational sites or blogs

How does BuyWidget work?
Sites earn 7% of the retail price of any track or album sold
Sites are paid monthly for sales, 45 days after the end of the month.
By example, if you sell music in June, you would be paid 45 days after June 30 th or August 14 th

Step 1 – Set up Account
The site owner must set up an Account, and accept the Terms Of Service

Step 2 – Search For Music
The site owner (or Account holder) searches by either Artist Name, Song Title, or Album Name for a Track or Album to include in the Playlist.
The site owner adds the appropriate item to their Playlist, then continues searching until their Playlist is built.

Step 3 – Edit Your Playlist
After building the Playlist, the site owner may re-order the tracks or albums by dragging and dropping them to the desired sequence.

Step 4 – Add Your Logo
The site owner may then upload their own site logo to include in the Widget header.
They can also provide a name for the Playlist.

Step 5 – Choose Your Format
The site owner then chooses the Format for the code that will be embedded, selecting from HTML, WordPress, TypePad or Blogger compatible formats.

Step 6 – Copy the BuyWidget Code
The site owner then copies the Java Script code, and embeds it in their site.
