http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ Your Guide to Paleo talked about foods that may be in the gray area (like dairy and alcohol). What’s nice is it just didn’t tell me why, it explained as well. There’s just nothing more irritating than being told something is banned, period, no further explanation. Your Guide to Paleo helped me avoid common mistakes. And the cheat sheet it came with? Absolute genius.

  • 3. http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ Welcome to my Your Guide to Paleo Review, in this article I'll show you how I found out this ultimated guide to all things I need to know about paleo. If you haven't heard about Your Guide To Paleo please click here to visit the official site. If you need more in depth information about this product, feel free to read my full review below. The Paleo diet has been around for quite some time now. It’s been around for tens of thousands of years, actually. During the Paleolithic age, man ate a lot of fruits, vegetables and small game. And if the supporters of the paleo diet are to be believed, they didn’t suffer from the diseases that we do today.
  • 4. http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ The logical assumption? Ancient man was eating healthier than modern man. The Paleolithic diet, also known as the “caveman diet”, is designed to follow the way our ancestors ate over 10,000 years ago. Unfortunately, many of the food available back then have undergone exponential change. Carrots are one example. The orange kind we all see today is miles away from the purple that it started with when Neanderthals still roamed the earth. And
  • 5. http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ when we talk “small game,” we actually mean rodents. And no man will willingly eat that today. However, it must be noted that while the foods changed, man’s genetic makeup barely did. So we’re essentially consuming modern food for our rather ancient body. And there lies the crux of the problem. And that’s exactly what the paleo diet hopes to remedy. Personally, I went primal because I was hoping to lose some weight. It also didn’t help that my family has a history of heart ailments and diabetes.

I also know a few people who have gone on this diet and they’ve been singing its praises. The only challenge I had was I never know what quite to eat. If I wanted some coffee, I had to ask myself if ancient man even had coffee way back. And chocolates. Surely, I can get a cheat day, right? I just never knew what to do or who to ask. I didn’t want to keep going on the internet to check what I can buy from the grocery, right? Luckily for me… I found “Your Guide to Paleo” by Sebastien Noel.
  • 7. http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ This book is just heaven-sent for any confused primal like me. The book talked about foods that may be in the gray area (like dairy and alcohol).

There’s just nothing more irritating than being told something is banned, period, no further explanation. Your Guide to Paleo helped me avoid common mistakes. And the cheat sheet it came with? Absolute genius. I like how the cooking guide showed me that going caveman doesn’t mean I have to eat the same old food every day. I mean, steaks sound good but I certainly didn’t want to eat steak every single day. The variety ensured I eat healthy but don’t get bored. It also made me realize I don’t have to spend so much just to change my dietary lifestyle.
  • 9. http://healthy4lives.com/your-guide-to-paleo-review-ultimated-guide-to-all-things-about-paleo/ The book also helped me manage not just my diet but also my sleep and exercise. The techniques provided were simple and easy to understand. I’m on my way to reaching my dietary goals, and my target weight, in less time than I expected. Ordering online is quick and easy. And at just under $25, the book will start you off on a primal journey that’s fun and effective. Your Guide to Paleo Review – Conclusion I never really wanted to spend anything on a paleo book when all the information is possibly available on the internet. But the money I paid was worth the time I saved browsing and deciphering what works and what doesn’t.
