Ample complimentary garage parking is available adjacent to our conference center and is connected via an enclosed walkway.
• What are the Payment Terms?
We would be pleased to set up a master account for charges, based on established credit approval prior to your event.
• Do you have a Forefront Center Staff ?
Our highly dedicated and service oriented staff has been trained to provide complete professional support for your meeting from initial planning through
to completion.
• What are my transportation options?
The Forefront Center location is easily accessible just off I-95 in Waltham. We are approximately 15 miles west of Boston Logan Airport. Taxi service
to/from the airport is available for approximately $65 each way. Shared Van/Shuttle service is also available for approximately $40 each way.
Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.
• Do you meet the ADA Requirements?
The Forefront Center meets all ADA requirements.
• What are the Guarantee Counts?
A guaranteed count for your meeting (including food and beverage) is required three (3) business days prior to your event. If the guaranteed count is not
given three (3) business days prior to your event, you will be billed according to your contracted number of attendees.
• Do you have a Business Center?
Our Business Center located at the Forefront Center is available to assist your meeting attendees. We can provide photocopy and fax services for a
minimal charge.
• Do you provide Internet Access?
The Forefront Center is equipped for wireless high-speed internet access throughout the facility.
• Do you have local hotel suggestion?
