After selling and re-capitalizing their prior company; which was another well known and established manufacturer of residential and commercial cooking equipment, the owners decided to continue their tradition of success in manufacturing the highest quality foodservice cooking equipment with the formation of Therma-Tek Range Corporation. Our products carry this experience behind them, which sets them far ahead of our competition. The company represents quality, strength and performance, backed by unparalleled warranty and continued service. RANGE Features • Available in 24”, 36”, 48”, 60”, and 72” width models. • All stainless steel exterior. • Front valve panel is a separate piece that is easily removable by removing (4) screws. • The knobs are made of glass-filled polyester with a light orange peel texture, and remain cool to the touch. • 5” fully flush landing ledge for extra work space. • Stainless steel single high-shelf.

Counter GRIDDLE Features • Built on welded angle iron frame construction for strength and durability. • Removable grease container is provided for easy cleaning. • 5/8” thick, highly polished steel plate. • 21 1/2” (546 mm) working depth. 4” (101.5 mm) plate rail. • Spatula width – 3 1/8” (79 mm) – grease trough. • One heavy duty steel tube burner per 12” section. • Burner rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour.   • 28. Gas FRYER Features • Three vat sizes: 40#, 50# & 72# • Welded 16 gauge stainless steel tank with a super smooth machine finish ensures easy cleaning. • Long lasting baffles are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. • Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. • Cabinet is of stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back. • Thermostat maintains temperature between 200°(93°C) and 400°F(204°C)

Gas FRYER Features (cont…) • Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve. • Gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until pilot is established and shuts off all the gas flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out Temperature limit automatically shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F(232°C). • 40# is a 3-tube fryer rated @ 90,000 BTU/hr • 50# is a 4-tube fryer rated @ 120,000 BTU/hr • 72# is a 5-tube fryer rated @ 150,000 BTU/hr
