FestivALL cele- brates local, regional and national artists in music, theater, dance and visual art. The 2009 edition of FestivALL marks its fifth anniversary and will run from June 19 - 28. Events include Blues, Brews and BBQ , Wine & All That Jazz, and the Smoke on the Water Chili Cook-off. To see a full schedule of events, go to www.festivallcharleston.com. March offers a chili cook-off, with a bit of a twist. The Capitol Market Green Chili Shoot-Out, held on the Saturday closest to St. Patrick's Day, offers the best green chili around. Quench your thirst with green beer, enjoy live music and taste some delicious homemade cornbread. Friday night is Fiesta Verde, the party leading up to the Green Chili Shoot-Out.
