    Great insights on self leadership. Sounds like a good roadmap to adopt.

    My only reservation is the consequence of advocating the concept or ideology of 'Independent people develop Independent Organisation. Does it not run contrary to the spirit of 'interdependence' in a globally connected environment. Is there a remote possibility that independent people could just build a dorminant logic in acquiring a limited view of leadership, in a narrow individualitistic context. What if the self can be developed to think and articulate a more wider scope of leadership contribution, beyond the boundaries of the 'organisation'. I would say the discipline of Active Listening ought to form a major priority among the list of leadership competencies, irrespective of geographic separation.
