  • Nik, I've seen your comment only now, apologies for late reply. There are few background materials to read. For example: http://www.thinknpc.org/publications/theory-of-change/ or http://www.mcconnellfoundation.ca/en/resources/publication/a-developmental-evaluation-primer

    The problem is that I have not found anything related to more typical product development or value propositions. That's what I want to create in the next few months...

  • Hi franco. That is a really nice framework. Do you have any background materials you could share with me about this? I am looking for ways to help formulate a value proposition for a platform product and I am trying to stay away from definitions of specific technical capabilities etc.
