To help participants know how to create a state of mind that allows them to live from their vision and purpose rather than being reactive to circumstances, events, and other people.

Life has a way of throwing obstacles in our way to achieve the goals we want and they usually trigger a key moment which demands a response from us. How you respond will set up a chain of events which will lead you to self-mastery or survival.

  • Although life offers tremendous blessings, beauty, wonder, and joy, most of us need not look far to discover life’s adversity. Most lives are characterized by some degree of difficulty and struggling, be they traumatic or everyday hassles.
    We begrudge our adversities, wishing they would go away. Yet they do not, but rather keep coming at us in a seeming unending series of challenges.
    Today we will understand our adversities and discuss strategies for dealing with them effectively.
