Interpersonal behaviour <ul><li>A study of ones own inner traits of perception knowledge….ones motivation and how these....behaviour are….success in today’s competitive environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Why winner has excellent interpersonal behaviour ? </li></ul><ul><li>Ans : because , success…upon…positive attitude. I have a good….win…competitive environment. </li></ul>
  • 9. Johari window <ul><li>Johari window is method or tool to describe one’s personality. </li></ul><ul><li>Johari window helps us to know our self. </li></ul><ul><li>The four types of self in the johari window format : </li></ul>

  • 11. I have done johari window related example <ul><li>By using johari window know our self and improve open self area. If I have open self area, I make a good relationships and I win today’s competitive environment. </li></ul>

  • 15. Ego states <ul><li>Ego states are unrelated to chronological age. Each human being are several human beings , existing at the same time depending upon how the person is behaving at any moment. </li></ul><ul><li>We operate from three ego states. </li></ul><ul><li>Parent </li></ul><ul><li>Adult </li></ul><ul><li>Child </li></ul>

I have done ego states related example <ul><li>My cousin always give advise about my education , career , etc… I listen to them , that time he was in parents ego states , I am in positive child ego states. When I give advise my sister about education , career , etc.. That time I was in parents ego states , my sister is in positive child ego states. </li></ul><ul><li>Adult ego state is good . </li></ul><ul><li>Adult ----- Adult solving problem </li></ul><ul><li>Adult control over the transaction. </li></ul>

Transactional analysis <ul><li>Transactional analysis is one’s ego states and type of communication. </li></ul><ul><li>Transaction is an arrangement </li></ul><ul><li>between human beings to give and take products and services from each </li></ul><ul><li>other thus providing gratification </li></ul><ul><li>to all involved in the transaction. </li></ul>
  • 19. Example <ul><li>When I went to old age home , there was a elder person. He told to me that you can’t analysis of my SWOT. But after few minutes he told me that you can analysis of my SWOT. Basic attitude and strokes <ul><li>The four basic attitude : </li></ul><ul><li>I’m ok ; you are ok </li></ul><ul><li>You are ok ; I’m not ok </li></ul><ul><li>I’m ok ; you are not ok </li></ul><ul><li>I’m not ok ; you are not ok </li></ul><ul><li>The person having these qualities can have a interpersonal skills and parallel transaction and that person become popular , maintain relations. </li></ul>
