  • 1.   Faculty of Management MARWADI EDUCATION FOUNDATION’S GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS RAJKOT 360 003.                             25th  Feb. 2011  MEFGI’s MBA Students bag RMA’s (Rajkot Management Association) 1st Prize for Best Business Strategy for Valley of Wild Flowers Hill Garden (Ishwariya Park) Students pursuing MBA and PGDM programs at Marwadi Education Foundation’s Group of Institutions (MEFGI), Rajkot, are always the front-runners in organizing events or participating in the promotional activities and winning laurels from all quarters. Here is yet another memorable event for everyone at MEFGI. Rajkot Management Association (RMA) and All India Management Association (AIMA), with the support of Rajkot District Administration and Rajkot Lokmela Committee, Rajkot, have invited the students pursuing the MBA program in various institutions for a business strategy presentation for tourist penetration for Valley of Wild Flowers Hill Garden (Ishwariya Park), Rajkot. MBA students have found a golden opportunity to become a part in the decision-making level in this invitation. Out of 18 teams from various institutions took part in this competition, 5 teams have been shortlisted for final presentation to an 8- member panel of jury comprising Vice President of Rajkot Municipal Corporation, Additional Collectors, Dy. Collector, and 2 industrialists. The team from MEFGI which was one among the 5 shortlisted teams comprised (a) Komal Garg, (b) Ms. Hiteshwari Jadeja; (c) Ms. Rohini Vaghela; (d) Ms. Bhumi Jadav and (e) Mr. Jasmin Tanti. The Business Strategy Plan presented by the MBA students of MEFGI, supported by a power presentation by all the members – individually and collectively – to the jury was adjudged as the Best and the team was awarded the 1st Prize.
