The strategy document provided lead up of strategy and strategy making process while providing a guided consideration required in the process. More than just a plan of action this approach presents the context of strategy and linkage to desired end result. It provides a clear and versatile means of describing an organisation's roadmap into the future while still maintain current processes to perform with excellence.
The approach included includes:
* design, implement, coordinate and sequence strategy making process within organization complexity of Operating Models;
* Assess and evaluate alternative options to improve performance; and,
* Articulate the value by creating a strategy to reach to the future state.
The model Strategy Framework aim to provide a clear explanation and reference constituent methodology for the delivery value for the entity of the future. It is aimed to apply to any entity situation.
