Compilation of slides for Project, Process and People management.
Project plans. Representations include multiple phases with text descriptions, phases with work-streams, phases with activity bars (Gantts) and quarterly and annual activity charts.
Problem analysis and diagnosis in a project. Representations include examples of issue tree analysis, a single key question leading to many underlying questions or hypotheses; cause effect analysis or fishbone diagrams, many causes aggregating to an identified problem or effect; and cost analysis using the activity-based costing method.
