Introduction
Hi, my name is Lucille Sorella. I’d like to tell you a story
most people find very hard to believe: how I enlarged my
breasts two cup sizes in four months, through completely
natural methods - without surgery. It’s true! Now, I’m
going to show YOU how to do it, too!
Within this book, I’ll be sharing the techniques that
helped me go from a size 32AA to a 32B. Now, I realize
32B breasts are hardly Playboy material, but do you know
what? I’m thrilled with my new figure! For the first time
in my life, I can actually go outside without wearing a
padded bra; I might not win any wet T-shirt contests, but
I finally feel like a real woman.
Let’s face it - having a flat chest sucks: you don’t get
to wear the clothes you want to wear; you feel miserable
and inadequate next to the silicon-enhanced gals; and
you’d probably rather cross the Sahara, in a snowsuit, than
be seen in bed with the lights on.
Until now, you had two options when dealing with
small breasts:
1. Learn to accept what you’ve got and be glad
you’ve got such a “great personality.” (Gag!)
2. Get implants and hope for the best.
I have nothing against implants (in fact, I still
wouldn’t mind a pair of my own, someday!), but they
1
aren’t without their risks. One Canadian study found that
more than half of all women who get implants end up
needing additional surgery within five years due to com-
plications! 1
Before you opt for surgery, I’d like to introduce you
to another alternative: natural breast enlargement. No,
this isn’t another one of those scams you see on late night
TV. I’m talking about an easy, proven, honest-to-God way
to enlarge your breasts naturally. Thousands of women,
including myself, have proven that you don’t need silicon
to get bigger breasts.
I’ve spent eight years and over $2,000 searching for
a solution to my flat chest and I know what works and
what doesn’t. As miraculous as it may seem, you’ll soon
discover that natural breast enlargement is based upon
solid biological principles. You don’t need expensive pills,
boring hypnosis tapes, or ridiculous gadgets to enlarge
your breasts. What you really need is the RIGHT INFOR-
MATION.
And that, my friends, is the purpose of
this book. My mission is to reveal to you the
truth behind natural breast enlargement,
without any hype or empty promises. I’m not
here to sell you another bottle of pills; I’m
here to show you a method that works. By
using a few common herbs and some simple
massage techniques, you can enlarge your
breasts safely and naturally - for a fraction of the cost of
implants.
While my goal is to help you get as much benefit as
you can from natural breast enlargement, it’s also my duty
to be sure you are starting out with realistic expectations.
Natural breast enlargement takes time and effort and the
results are rarely as dramatic as implants. I can’t promise
to make you a Playmate; what I can do, however, is help
2
you make the most of what you’ve already got.
In the pages that follow, I will share all of the
secrets that I have learned in my eight-year quest for big-
ger breasts, including:
• The science behind natural breast enlargement.
• How to devise your own, customized breast
enlargement routine.
• How to enlarge your breasts one or more cup sizes
naturally.
• How to avoid the potential side effects of natural
breast enlargement.
• How to increase the firmness of your breasts and
reduce sagging.
• How to deal with breasts that are two different
sizes.
• How pump up your program for even faster
results.
• How to ensure that your new breast growth will
be permanent.
And much, much, much more! Are you ready to burn
that padded bra once and for all! Let’s get growing!

How I Discovered the
Secrets of Natural Breast
Enlargement
Let me tell you my story:
Like you, I was born with the curse of a flat chest.
My tiny boobs were the cause of a whole lot of shame,
pain, and suffering in my lifetime. From junior high on, I
was relentlessly teased about my flat chest. My self-
esteem was so low, I hardly had any friends - much less a
boyfriend. It was a miracle that I was asked to the prom -
except I couldn’t even enjoy myself. I had so much tissue
paper stuffed in my dress that I was afraid to dance for
fear of it falling out!
My breast woes hit a boiling point when I moved to
New York City for college. Did you know that New York
is home to more models than the entire population of my
hometown? No wonder I had such an inferiority complex!
Finally, I reached a point when I realized that some-
thing had to be done. I just couldn’t take my flat-chested
existence a minute longer!
At first, implants seemed like a good option. Okay,
maybe not - I was a starving student living on rice and
4
beans. Where was I going to get $6,000 to pay for sur-
gery?
Then, I heard about a new miracle pill that promised
to grow breasts three cup sizes in only three months.
These pills were a relative bargain, compared to implants,
at $200 per month. How could I resist? I had just gotten
my first credit card and it looked like I’d finally be able to
make my dreams come true.
The pills failed, but my quest for bigger breasts had
just begun. Call me stubborn or call me stupid, but I spent
the next eight years trying every conceivable breast
enlargement product on the market: I tried boob-boosting
pills, creams, and lotions; I tried hypnosis; I tried vacuum
pumps; I tried all kinds of electronic massagers and gadg-
ets; I prayed, pleaded, and begged my breasts to grow.
And do you know what? Nothing happened! After
eight years of relentless effort, my breasts weren’t even a
hair bigger.
By this time, I was more depressed than ever.
Drowning in credit card debt, it looked as if I had run out
of choices. I’d just have to accept the fact that I’d always
have a flat chest.
So, for awhile, that’s what I tried to do. I tried to for-
get about growing bigger breasts. I learned to pad my
bras like a pro and I had a boyfriend who accepted me the
way I was. Life was pretty good, even without cleavage.
A MIRACLE
A couple of years ago, I was at Barnes and Noble brows-
ing through books about alternative medicine. Natural
healing had been a passion of mine for the past ten years
and, that day, I was in the bookstore researching herbs.
I happened to pick up a book called The Green
Pharmac y by respected herbalist and USDA researcher,
5
Dr. James A. Duke. I opened the book to a random page
and, when I looked down, I gasped with shock. There, in
big bold letters, were the words: BREAST ENLARGE-
MENT!
I couldn’t believe it! Here was a highly regarded
herbal scholar discussing natural breast enlargement!
According to Dr. Duke, herbal breast enlargement has
been accomplished through folk traditions for hundreds of
years. It wasn’t voodoo magic. It was a completely natural
process based upon simple biological truths. Dr. Duke
described how certain plants have an estrogenic effect
that has been proven to enlarge women’s breasts.
I could hardly contain my excitement. Maybe there
was hope for me after all!
However, I wasn’t willing to set myself up for
another disappointment. First, I wanted to learn every-
thing that there was to know about herbal breast enlarge-
ment so I could be guaranteed to get results.
So my research began. I spent the next six months
reading every book, article, and report
about herbs, hormones, and breast
development that I could find. I pieced
together ideas and potentially helpful
techniques. The only thing left to do
was to try it for myself.
ANOTHER MIRACLE
While researching online, I stumbled across a couple of
discussion boards dedicated to natural breast enlarge-
ment. There, I met some incredibly intelligent women
(big shout out to Fawn, Wen, Momi, and Pammy!) who
had developed different theories about herbal breast
enlargement. Not only were these women the “brains”
behind natural breast enlargement, they were the “bod-
6
ies,” too! Their results were amazing. Many of the women
participating in the boards were reporting gains of one,
two, or even three cup sizes!
I was ready to begin. With encouragement from the
women that I met online, I devised my own breast
enlargement routine. The results were almost immediate!
About a week into my routine, my breasts began to feel
really sore. I had growing pains, just like during puberty.
Soon, I noticed that my breasts looked fuller and, within
one month, the results were undeniable: I had grown!
There were some ups and down, but nonetheless,
things kept creeping upwards. After four months - 16
weeks - I had gained 2” and had gone from a 32AA to a
32B - two cup sizes! Ok, I’m not Pamela Anderson, but I
still love my new body! I don’t freak out anymore when
my boyfriend tries to touch my breasts. And, for the first
time in my life, I’ve been seen in public in a bikini!
I’ve also had the opportunity to help the women I
met online. Through my research, I discovered techniques
that made natural breast enlargement even more effective
and helped jump-start growth for women who weren’t
getting results from herbs alone.
But as exciting as it was to be a part of this online
community, I realized that that women outside of the
“inner circle” needed to know these secrets, too. I couldn’t
stand the thought of another woman being ripped off by
some unscrupulous company taking advantage of her
insecurities. That’s why I decided to write this book.
I wanted to make natural breast enlargement easy
and accessible for every woman who was unwilling to
butcher her body for bigger breasts. I’ve distilled all of
the information that I’ve gathered it into a simple, easy-
to-use system.
For the first time ever, there really is a practical
alternative to implants, and I call it the Flat to Fab Breast
Enlargement Prog ram. Thousands of women have
7
already enjoyed safe and natural breast growth using the
techniques that I am about to share. Now you can, too!

CH A P T E R T WO
Boobie Biology
In this chapter, we’ll be taking a peek into the actual
workings of your breasts. Why? Because understanding
how your breasts work will help you to understand how
natural breast enlargement works. As I mentioned earlier,
it’s all based upon biology. Let’s start with two basic
facts:
1. Breasts are complex organs that are regulated by
hormones.
2. Hormones trigger breast growth.
BREASTS ARE COMPLEX ORGANS THAT
ARE REGULATED BY HORMONES
Hormones regulate the entire reproductive system along
with all of your reproductive organs, including the
breasts. Your body is constantly working behind the
scenes, preparing for the possibility of pregnancy.
Depending where you are in your menstrual cycle, estro-
9
gen and progesterone act upon the breast tissue, priming
your milk machines for possible use.
HORMONES TRIGGER BREAST GROWTH
Hormones trigger the signals to your body that cause
your breasts to grow. This is usually associated with
puberty or pregnancy, but growth can occur at any time.
Yep, you heard me. Whenever the right hormonal condi-
tions are created, breast growth is triggered.
For instance, breast growth can be a side effect of
some medications. Certain antidepressants, heart medica-
tions, and HIV treatments can trigger breast enlargement
in both men and women, as these drugs mimic the effects
of estrogen in the body. 1
Speaking of drugs, the same thing can happen with
heavy marijuana use, though usually only to guys.
Marijuana causes a reduction in circulating levels of male
sex hormones, which may lead to breast enlargement. (As
well as those mellow, love-makes-the-world-go-round feel-
ings.)
Breast enlargement has even been reported to be a
side effect of liposuction! In the September 2003 issue of
Dermatologic Surgery, it was reported that 43% of all
female liposuction patients experienced significant breast
enlargement after their surgery. 2 Doctors don’t entirely
understand how this happens, but it seems that the body
redistributes its fat stores after lipo. The body has two
types of fat cells: one type that responds to estrogen and
a second that responds to testosterone. When estrogenic
fat cells are removed from the butt, thighs, or lower abs,
estrogenic fat stores in the breasts increase.
Let’s not forget, though, that the hormones that
giveth, also have the power to taketh away. Females on
steroids experience side effects like acne, facial hair, a
10
deep voice … and shrinking breasts! In women, an excess
amount of testosterone (i.e., steroids) may lead to breast
tissue reduction.
Hormones play a big role in determining how the
breasts develop. As we move on, I will explain exactly
how to tip your hormonal balance in a way that triggers
breast growth. Fortunately, you don’t need harsh medica-
tions or illegal drugs to do this! The same results can be
accomplished safely and gently through the use of a few
natural techniques.
Before you put these techniques into use, though, it
will be helpful for you to understand what your breasts
are made of. Sugar, spice, and everything nice? I don’t
think so!
YOUR PHENOMENAL,
ANATOMICAL BREASTS
Pick up any magazine nowadays and you’d swear normal
breasts were made of saline and silicon. On the contrary,
normal breasts are composed of glands, ducts, connective
tissue, and fat.
GLANDS
Glands are the parts of your breasts
that are responsible for milk produc-
tion. Each gland is composed of tiny
clusters of alveoli, which are hollow
sacs that make and hold milk. When
you’re young, your breasts are mostly
made up of glandular tissue. As you
age, however, the glands atrophy and
are replaced with fat. The glands are
what give the breast firmness, so
11
things tend to get a little mushy as you age. Glands are
also very sensitive to hormonal changes and may feel sore
and lumpy before your period.
DUCTS
Connected to the glands are ducts, with form your
breasts’ “plumbing system” and bring milk to the nipples.
About fifteen to twenty ducts come together near the are-
ola (the dark area around the nipple) to form ampullae.
The ampullae are sacs that store milk before it reaches the
nipple surface. By the way, those little bumps on your are-
ola aren’t pimples; they’re oil glands that release a lubri-
cant to protect the nipples during nursing.
CONNECTIVE TISSUE
Connective tissue is a webbing-like substance that sup-
ports the ducts and glands, giving shape and firmness to
the breast. Once connective tissue is stretched, through
pregnancy or weight gain, it doesn’t always spring back to
its original size. That can only mean one thing: the race to
your belly button is on! To make matters worse, connec-
tive tissue breaks down as you age, causing even more
sagging.
FAT
Finally, your breasts are composed of a certain amount of
fat. Your breast size is determined by both the amounts of
glandular tissue and fatty tissue that your body has.
HOT & HEAVY HORMONES
Hormones have gotten a bad rep these days, but they’re
12
not the bad guys. Sure they can cause you to down an
entire gallon of Haagen Daaz before your period, but you
wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them!
Hormones are chemical messengers that regulate
almost every activity in your body. Before hormones can
bark an order, they have to latch onto an appropriate
receptor site. Hormone receptor sites are like little park-
ing garages built onto cells. Once the hormone parks
itself into a receptor site, it’s free to enter the cell and
tell the cell what to do.
As far as your breasts are concerned, there are four
hormones that matter most: estrogen, progesterone, pro-
lactin, and growth hormone. These hormones command
your breasts to grow.
ESTROGEN
Ah, estrogen. Without it, I guess we’d all
be walking around with hot flashes all day!
It is also the hormone most responsible for
breast growth.
Actually, estrogen is not a single sub-
stance. There are sixty hormones with
estrogenic properties swirling through
your body at this very moment! The three main estrogen
hormones include: estradiol, estrone, and estriol.
Estradiol is the strongest. It is produced by the ovaries
and it is the hormone that is responsible for breast devel-
opment. Estrone is a weaker estrogen produced by the
ovaries and in fatty tissue. Estriol is the weakest of the
three and is made in the body from other estrogens.
A girl first begins secreting estrogen between the
ages of eight and thirteen, once enough body fat has
accumulated. This marks the beginning of puberty.
Estrogen causes the uterus, vagina, and Fallopian tubes to
13
grow. It gives us underarm and pubic hair (banishing us
to a lifetime of bikini waxes) and encourages fat stores in
the lower body to increase. Last but not least, estrogen
makes our breasts grow!
Once estrogen levels are high enough, ovulation
occurs for the first time. This happens when a mature egg
is released from an ovary, signifying the start of the men-
strual cycle.
As an adult, your estrogen levels rise and fall with
your periods. At the beginning of the menstrual cycle,
hormone levels are very low. When the hypothalamus
gland senses that hormones are low, it stimulates the
ovaries to begin producing more estrogen. Estrogen is
responsible for maturing an egg during the first two
weeks of the menstrual cycle. When estrogen levels peak
around day twelve, ovulation occurs.
As far as natural breast enlargement goes, estrogen
is the most important hormone involved. As I’ve already
explained, increased amounts of estrogen (or estrogenic
substances) lead to breast growth. However, more is not
always better. Too much estrogen can overload the body,
shutting down estrogen receptors. This process is known
as down-regulation. 3 If too many estrogen receptors are
shut down, your breasts won’t get the message to grow!
But don’t worry, I’ll show you how to create the perfect
estrogen balance for breast growth in just a bit.
The Testosterone Connection
Estrogen and testosterone
seem about as different as,
well, women and men - yet
they are intimately connect-
ed.
The ovaries produce a
14
small amount of testosterone, which is necessary for
strong muscles and a healthy sex drive. While men pro-
duce around seven milligrams of testosterone per day, a
woman normally produces 3/10 of one milligram per
day. 4
About 75% of the testosterone that your ovaries
produce is converted into estrogen. This conversion
process is called aromatase and takes place in your body’s
fat cells. Your fat cells create a special substance, called an
aromatase enzyme, that converts excess testosterone into
estrogen.
Finding the right balance between estrogen and
testosterone is crucial. Many women actually produce too
much testosterone, which can definitely sabotage breast
growth. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to balance
testosterone levels so that your breasts are free to grow.
I’ll talk more about this in Chapter Three.
PROGESTERONE
Progesterone is another important
breast enlargement hormone.
Specifically involved in the formation of
the glands, it works alongside estrogen
to keeps your female system humming
along happily.
Progesterone is secreted after you ovulate for the
first time - about two years after the onset of puberty.
Your body gets the message to produce progesterone each
month after an egg is released. Progesterone causes a lin-
ing to grow in the uterus; if the egg is not fertilized, the
uterine lining breaks down and you get your period.
Progesterone is known as the “pregnancy hormone.”
During pregnancy, progesterone is produced in very large
amounts. It protects and nourishes the growing fetus,
15
strengthens the pelvic walls in preparation for labor, and
makes your breasts grow really huge! (Alas, temporarily.)
Progesterone and estrogen are considered antago-
nists, meaning they tend to work against each other. If
the level of either hormone gets too high, it will cause the
opposite hormone level to fall, just like a seesaw. Your
body tries to keep balance by increasing its sensitivity to
the lower hormone. This means that high levels of prog-
esterone will cause the body to become more sensitive to
the effects of estrogen - and vice versa.
Just as the estrogen/testosterone balance is crucial
for breast enlargement, so, too, is finding the right bal-
ance between estrogen and progesterone. Both hormones
are essential, but there is a definite time and place for
each one. Later, I’ll explain exactly how to achieve the
perfect estrogen/progesterone balance needed for breast
growth.
PROLACTIN
Your body generally only secretes prolactin
at two specific times: during puberty and
during pregnancy. Because it plays such a
key role in breast development, though,
prolactin is one hormone that you definite-
ly want to get to know.
During puberty, prolactin works with
estrogen to develop the mammary glands,
while increasing the number of estrogen receptors in the
breasts. Prolactin also causes the breasts to store fat by
increasing the production of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in
your breasts. 5 LPL is a “fat storage” enzyme.
During pregnancy and while nursing, prolactin con-
trols the production of milk. It is first secreted around
the eighth week of pregnancy and peaks at birth. After
16
that, prolactin is only produced according to stimulation -
namely, a baby suckling at your nipple. Interestingly
enough, you don’t actually have to be pregnant to produce
prolactin. Any kind of regular stimulation is usually
enough to trigger it.
Normally, prolactin is inhibited by a “prolactin
inhibiting factor” (PIF), known as the brain chemical,
dopamine. 6 You’ve probably heard of dopamine before.
Besides suppressing prolactin, this chemical is connected
to emotions and addictions. Nicotine, cocaine, and other
stimulants produce feelings of euphoria by increasing
dopamine levels in your brain. But be warned: these drugs
are no good for the boobies!
Adequate prolactin levels are absolutely crucial for
triggering breast growth. And soon, I’ll share numerous
ways to “turn on” prolactin naturally.
GROWTH HORMONE
Growth hormone, as the name implies, trig-
gers the growth of your body. It also plays
a special role in breast development.
Growth hormone is so important that it is
one of your body’s most plentiful hor-
mones. It is produced by the pituitary gland
during the first two hours of sleep. Almost
immediately after it’s secreted, growth hor-
mone is converted in the liver into a new,
more usable substance known as Insulin like
Growth Factor (IGF). 7
Growth hormone could be thought of as
your body’s “Master Hormone” since it regulates every
other hormone you’ve got. Growth hormone is produced
in massive amounts during puberty, promoting the
growth of cells, tissues, and organs. Without enough
17
growth hormone, your body - and your breasts - simply
wouldn’t grow.
As an adult, growth hormone is involved in tissue
repair and cell replacement. Unfortunately, growth hor-
mone levels start to plummet after the age of thirty. By
the time you hit sixty, your growth hormone level could
be 75% lower than it was when you were twenty! Low
growth hormone levels are directly responsible for the
aging of the body.
Breast enlargement requires a lot of growth hor-
mone. You had a ton of it at your disposal during puber-
ty, but if you’re over the age of eighteen, you’re going to
have to boost it back up in order to get your breasts to
grow again. Fortunately, there are all kinds of easy, natu-
ral ways to do this that I’ll share with you in the chapters
to come.
BREAST DEVELOPMENT DURING
PUBERTY
Breast development during puberty occurs in two phases:
1. The Estrogen Phase
2. The Progesterone Phase
THE ESTROGEN PHASE
The first phase of breast develop-
ment, which I call the Estrogen
Phase, occurs for one to two years
before menstruation begins.
Estrogen - along with prolactin and
growth hormone - stimulates all
the major parts of your breasts to
grow, including the glands, ducts,
18
connective tissue, and fatty tissue. Your body does not yet
produce progesterone; progesterone competes with estro-
gen and would inhibit this stage of breast development.
THE PROGESTERONE PHASE
The final phase of breast devel-
opment, which I call the
Progesterone Phase, starts after
you get your first period. After
you ovulate for the first time,
your body begins producing
progesterone during the Luteal
Phases (approximately Days 15-
28) of your menstrual cycles.
Progesterone now works along-
side estrogen, prolactin, and growth hormone to complete
the development of your breasts. Progesterone promotes
the final stages of gland formation, including the growth
of the alveoli - those hollow sacks that make and hold
milk. The entire process of breast development takes
three to four years and is usually complete by age sixteen.
By the way, boys grow boobs, too! About two-thirds
of all boys experience temporary breast growth, lasting
from several months to two years, during puberty. 8 This is
known as gynecomastia and occurs before a boy produces
enough testosterone to block the effects of estrogen in his
system.
BREAST DEVELOPMENT DURING
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Your breasts are not considered fully developed until
you’ve given birth and produced milk. Breast changes
during pregnancy are primarily triggered by proges-
19
terone. Progesterone causes the breasts and areolas to
enlarge rapidly. As the glands and ducts increase in size,
your breasts give up some of their fat stores to make
room for the new “milk machinery.”
Although prolactin levels rise after the eighth week
of pregnancy, progesterone suppresses milk production
until after you’ve given birth. Then, prolactin levels peak
while estrogen, progesterone, and growth hormone levels
fall, triggering lactation, or milk production, to begin.
After you’re done nursing, the glands and ducts
shrink back down to their original size; however, your
breasts may end up even smaller than they were to begin
with! That is because the fat that was replaced by glands
and ducts during pregnancy doesn’t always come back.
Also, because the connective tissue was stretched to
accommodate your growing breasts, you’ve got another
problem on your hands: sagging.
Fortunately, a breast lift isn’t your only option.
Many mothers have had great success in bringing their
former breasts back to life. The Flat to Fab Breast
Enlargement Program can restore firmness and fullness
to your breasts, while increasing your cup size. If only
post-pregnancy weight loss was this easy!

How Natural
Breast Enlargement
Works
Okay, so you’re a full-grown adult. Getting your breasts
to grow again might seem like an impossible feat, but it’s
actually quite easy. As you’ve probably guessed, it has a
lot to do with hormones.
To put it simply, natural breast enlargement is
accomplished by tricking your breasts into thinking
they’re back in puberty. If you can effectively duplicate
the conditions that first triggered your breasts to grow,
your breasts WILL grow again. It’s that simple.
Let’s take a closer look at what your hormones are
doing now:
As an adult, your hormone levels rise and fall with
each menstrual cycle. During the Follicular Phase, typi-
cally from Day 1 to Day 14, estrogen levels are high,
while progesterone levels are low. Around Day 12, ovula-
tion occurs, which triggers the production of proges-
terone. During the Luteal Phase, typically from Day 15 to
Day 28, progesterone levels are high, while estrogen lev-
els are low. In this sense, your body goes through an
“Estrogen Phase” and a “Progesterone Phase” each month
21
as part of the menstrual cycle. Does that sound familiar?
It should, because we just talked about the Estrogen and
Progesterone Phases of breast development.
H OW NAT U R A L
B R E A S T E N L A RG E M E N T
WO R K S
You’re probably beginning to get a sense of where this is
going. By taking advantage of the hormones that create
the Estrogen and Progesterone Phases of your menstrual
cycle, you can easily create the conditions that trigger
breast growth. There are four simple shifts you have to
make to nudge your body into “boob-building mode:”
1. Balance estrogen
2. Increase prolactin
3. Increase growth hormone
4. Decrease testosterone
Take a look at the illustration on the next page to
see how it works.
22
BALANCING ESTROGEN
Estrogen is the hormone most responsible for breast
growth; therefore, proper estrogen levels are the first step
to naturally bigger breasts.
Don’t be fooled into thinking the more estrogen you
have, the bigger your breasts will grow. Remember, when
your body is exposed to too much estrogen, it shuts down
23
receptor sites to protect itself. Without open receptors,
there’s no way for estrogen to get in and command your
breasts to grow.
Some women have to increase estrogen in order to
trigger breast growth, while others actually have to lower
it to get the same effect.
Excess estrogen is a surprisingly common problem
for us girls. Xenoestrogens and second-hand hormones
are usually to blame. Let’s take a look at how these cul-
prits interfere with breast growth.
Xenoestrogens
Unless you move to the moon, you’re living in a world full
of invisible toxins. Xenoestrogens are hormone-disrupt-
ing toxins with a molecular structure similar to estrogen. 1
They can be found in plastics, household cleansers, auto-
mobile exhaust, and hair dye - to name just a few sources.
Xenoestrogens trick your body into thinking they’re real
hormones by locking onto estrogen receptor sites and
sending a scrambled message to the cell.
How do xenoestrogens put the brakes on breast
growth? Instead of allowing good, healthy forms of
estrogen to fill your receptors, xenoestrogens take their
places and send toxic messages to your cells. These
scrambled messages can lead to side effects like PMS,
mood swings, and weight gain, while preventing real
estrogen from triggering breast growth.
Second-Hand Hormones
If you eat meat, then it’s a fact: you’ve got second hand
hormones lurking in every meal. That’s because the ani-
mals that supply us with food are laced with huge
amounts of hormones. Cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens are
given estrogen and testosterone to make them grow faster
24
and fatter. These hormones get passed along to you when
you consume meat, milk, and eggs.
Since “hormone grams” aren’t stated on the label,
you have no way of knowing if you’re getting a secret
serving of estrogen or testosterone with each meal. Over
time, all that extra estrogen can stunt breast growth and
lead to fun effects like PMS, cellulite, and mood swings.
And testosterone not only blocks breast growth, but can
contribute to acne and feelings of aggression. Yikes!
Bringing Estrogen Back into Balance
Needless to say, steering clear of xenoestrogens and sec-
ond-hand hormones should be at the top of your breast
enlargement “to do” list. In Chapter Seven, I’ll show you
how to protect yourself from these hidden hormone dis-
rupters.
Next, you’ll want to determine if you’ve got an
estrogen level that is too high or too low. I’ll help you do
this in Chapter Five. No matter what side of the spectrum
you fall on, phytoestrogenic herbs are a powerful way to
bring your hormones back into balance. Phytoestrogenic
herbs are special plants that contain estrogen-like com-
pounds. As I’ll reveal in the next chapter, these herbs have
a built-in hormone balancing function that can ensure
that you’ve got the perfect amount of estrogen needed for
breast growth.
Another tool that I’ll be discussing is progesterone
cream, a natural supplement derived from soy or wild
yam, that can be found in any health food store or drug
store. Because progesterone cancels out the effects of
excess estrogen, progesterone cream can quickly put your
hormones back on track.

INCREASING PROLACTIN
The next ingredient growing breasts need is prolactin.
Not only does prolactin help develop the mammary
glands, it also promotes fat storage in the breasts and
increases the number of estrogen receptors in the breasts.
You don’t normally produce prolactin outside of
puberty or pregnancy, but there are a couple ways to get
your body to start pumping it out, on demand. One of the
most reliable ways to increase prolactin is through the use
of herbs. Besides mimicking the effects of estrogen, cer-
tain phytoestrogenic herbs also trigger prolactin produc-
tion.
Massage is another prolactin-pumping tool that I
will be discussing. In the next chapter, I will explain how
special massage techniques stimulate prolactin, just like a
suckling baby stimulates prolactin when you breastfeed!
INCREASING GROWTH HORMONE
The breast enlargement equation isn’t complete without
g rowth hormone. During puberty, you had massive
amounts of growth hormone available to assist with
breast growth. Since growth hormone levels start to
plummet after the age of thirty, you’ll have to bring
things back up to speed before you can expect results.
Everybody can benefit from a little extra growth
hormone, but it’s essential for women in their 30’s and
40’s. Fortunately, a common supplement, known as GABA,
can trigger your body to produce more of its own growth
hormone, naturally. We’ll talk more about GABA in just
a little bit.
Your diet, exercise, and sleep habits can also impact
how much growth hormone your body pumps out. In the
26
next chapter, I will suggest a few simple lifestyle changes
that can dramatically increase growth hormone levels.
DECREASING TESTOSTERONE
Nothing puts the brakes on breast growth faster than
testosterone. Unfortunately, the majority of us show
symptoms of excess testosterone, primarily because of a
poor diet. Let me show you what I mean.
How Sugar and Refined Carbs Increase
Testosterone Levels
Whenever you eat a sugary snack or a carb-loaded piece of
white bread, your body immediately digests these foods
and sends a rush of sugar into your bloodstream. Your
body goes into sugar shock and, in reaction, releases mas-
sive amounts of insulin to move the sugar out of the
blood. Increased insulin is directly linked to increased
testosterone levels, as these facts reveal:
1. Insulin triggers the ovaries and adrenals to
secrete more testosterone. 2
2. Insulin acts directly on testosterone receptors in
the body, making them more sensitive to the
effects of testosterone. 3
3. Insulin causes ordinary testosterone to be con-
verted into an even more potent form known as
DHT.
Supertestosterone: DHT
Elevated insulin is linked to an
increase in 5-alpha-reductase (5-AR),
an enzyme that converts testosterone
27
into an even more potent form known as dihydrotestos-
terone (DHT). 4 DHT is so powerful, it binds three to five
times more strongly to receptors than ordinary testos-
terone. 5
Small amounts of DHT are beneficial for sexual
function, but excess amounts sabotage estrogen in two
ways:
1. DHT suppresses estrogen activity.
2. DHT inhibits the aromatase enzyme, which con-
verts testosterone into estrogen. 6 (DHT itself
cannot be converted into estrogen.)
In Chapter Five, I’ll help you determine if you’ve
got too much testosterone. If you do, your hormones can
be brought back into balance by limiting carbs, avoiding
stress, and using special testosterone balancing herbs.
Now that you understand how hormones trigger
breast enlargement, let’s take a look at the actual tools
and techniques that make it happen.
