  • 09-12-03 Informations interoperabilitet Processer, verktyg och ordning och reda ger oss bra ”reporting/utdata” som beslutsunderlag! En felaktig ”röd” strumpa i vit fin tvätt, ger inte lyckat resultat! Vi drunknar i informationsmiljön!!! Det är INTE bara kända källor, som ERP, CRM, Legacy Systems osv….. Interoperabiliteten är i högsta grad beroende av omvärldsdata genom samarbetspartners, konkurenter, kunder, samhälle…. Stabilitet FINNS INTE! HealthCare &amp; Pharma! (Informations Strategier) Standardiseringar, ontologier, samarbeten Regulatoriskakrav Alla IM (BI/DW) projekt fastnar i DETTA steg! Och det tar mycket tid och kraft att bygga fungerande verksamma modeller över olika verksamheter. Problem: Bidragsmodellen!

Människor: Tar godtyckliga beslut baserade på hörsägen, vänner/nätverk, tidigare erfarenhet, uppfattade signaler utifrån! Verkligheten är föränderlig, upprepande, öppen och framväxande…. IM måsta ta avstamp i vardagen! IM är både strukturerad och ostrukturerad data i en salig blandning, och mitt i detta arbetar vi med kontrollerade vokabulär, taxonomier, ontologier, master-meta-data för åtminstone skapa en informationsstruktur! Detta arbete är LÅNGSAMT, TIDSKRÄVANDE, NÖDVÄNDIGT och blir aldrig klart! ” Good Enough”?
