    • The title ‘The Big Cheese’ it has a humours title The Colours are mostly red and yellow. The yellow symbolises ‘Cheese’ and the teen punk type music of the cover band and the red goes with the lead singers hair. Other Major bands like In flames and 30 seconds to mars. In Flames is Death metal so it shows them going in to another genre Bar code, price and date ‘ win download tickets’ competition to attract people Band is in the middle and in front of the title which shows their importance Other Articles to attract different audiences like Death Cab For Cutie which is light rock The guys are making funny faces while she is making a hand sign which is associated with rock Band is aimed At Teens

      • Kerrang stands for the sound made when smashing a guitar, this is related to rock music because after a concert bands smash their guitars and it is to show that the band stands for loud music because of the sub title ‘life is loud’
      • kerrang targets mostly men 18 + and it targets rock lovers who go to gigs and buy all the albums of their favourite bands.
      • Kerrang has been going since 1981 so although it is based around rock and metal the sub genres fluctuate a lot. Right now they are doing emo and metal core but they have done a lot of punk and thrash rock

The killers are a major band as so their name is the biggest thing on the Cover
    • ‘ Drummer’ a magazine for drummers and about current drumming, it is written massive and bold to represent drums System of a down and Gorillaz are well-known big bands Bar code Price, with only at the front which makes people think it should be more and that they are getting a bargain Free posters of great drum kits for drum fanatics The tag line for the Gorillaz article attracts the audience because they want to find out what its all about He main colours used are white and yellow. These are bright colours over the red background and the picture The picture is of a cartoon of the drummer from Gorillaz which their fans will recognise Not only one genre, this drumming magazine does jazz as well as rock but it is all about music
