    Last year I was asked to facilitate the Virtual Worlds in Education Leadership Group as part of a LearnScope project. The group was asked to focus on ‘the use of 3D virtual worlds in teaching and learning’. The group task was to gain broad exposure to new and emerging opportunities, issues and contacts in the field nationally and internationally. T o explore education opportunities and issues in the 3D environment, in particular we focused on Second Life
