Migration from First Class to GmailCritical Differences<br />Features that are NOT available in Gmail:<br />“History”,<br />“Unsend”<br />Auto Log-out …ANYONE who signs onto<br /> your computer can get into your Gmail <br />account if you do not log-out. How Do We Log-In?<br />Our URL (web address) is:<br />http://www.google.com/a/greenwich.k12.ct.us<br />You will use your current email address, i.e., John_Smith@greenwich.k12.ct.us - you’ll be given a generic password that will need to be changed after the first log-in.<br />First time users will need to read the Terms of Use Agreement, Complete it and Accept it.<br />That’s it…you are now able to use Gmail and the other Google App collaborative tools.<br />last updated by F.   6. 6. Tasks Before Migrating to Gmail<br />Go through First Class inbox and delete/read/act upon all email. Your emails in the current First Class system will NOT be migrated to the new Gmail account.<br />Save, print or export Contacts to recreate in Gmail Contacts Personal Mail Lists<br />Export or delete Folders/Email in Folders<br />Export, save or print Calendars to recreate in Gmail<br />last updated by F.
