The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
CLUB OFFICER ROLES Leading by doing Goal: Present the key tasks of your Club Officer Role to the audience How: Prepare a 2-3 minute „Elevator Pitch“ together with your co-officer(s) in regards to the main tasks of your Club Officer Role and then present it to the audience Time for Preparation: 5 minutes Questions?

WHQ’s sends out to the President every three months where the club is in the DCP Program.
The Club Success Plan
Helps your club determine how it is going to meet the 10 established goals
Allows it to establish additional goals of its own
Outlines strategies for achieving the goals
Identifies resources your club may use in its efforts
Has spaces for you to write assignments, develop a timetable and track accomplishments
Steps to Success
Set goals and assign responsibilities to each individual
Review goals and timetables to ensure the plan is being followed according to schedule
Check the WHQ results with your clubs actual accomplishments
Communicate closely and change ideas with other Clubs in the area.
