  • 2.  Reduce price and compete with cost  Price reduction is a good option  But…growth is becoming expensive in the company  Inferiority should be considered (to other business competitors)
  • 3.  Educate new owners about SPECIALISTERNE and the business value of its work.  Make them understand how the company is applauded by so many industries and organizations.
  • 4.  Was this a real business? Or should it be a non- profit or some other form of social organization?
  • 5.  Every business is built or made in order to make profit  We think he should go with the third option
  • 6.  Combine both options as one  Cut the cost of his services and give them a service based on their price though his company has a reputation of being the best at what they do.  With this, SPECIALISTERNE didn’t loose their customer which means it’s a win-win for both end.
