  3. 3.  It is very important while opening a business to consider about how industrial theory will affect the business decision. We need to consider factors like location, transportation cost, raw material cost, promotion, competitors etc will directly affect the business
  4. 4.  Boilerplate software  Customized software

  6. 6.  Legal services for company formation.  Accounting services to set up the accounting shell of the company QuickBooks Pro software.  Computer programmers (3) to rapidly develop the software. An individual programmer could complete the coding of this product however, FIU® software solution is interested in launching the product fast therefore I will employ multiple programmers to speed the process up (like on contract basis)  Eight computer workstations, including one server. Seven of the stations will have Microsoft Office, one of them will have QuickBooks Pro. Three networked laser printers.  A broadband Internet connection.  Office cubicle furniture for seven employees.  Seven extension telephone system.  Copier and fax machine.  Lunch room furniture and appliances including a refrigerator and microwave.  Shipping materials including boxes, scales, etc.  Promotional materials.

  8. 8.  The waterfall model is a sequential design process, often used in software development processes, in which progress is seen as flowing steadily downwards through the phases of Conception, Initiation, Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing, Production/Implementation, and Maintenance.
  9. 9.  China is one of the world’s great growth markets and is likely to be for many years to come.  According to the economic forecast research team, the growth rate in economy next year will be 9.3%, which is higher than those made by international organizations.
  10. 10.  I chose china to set up the business because of the emerging technological advancement in the country and the high level of software demand there. The country’s GDP is drastically growing and I want to be part of this growth as it happens.
  11. 11.  Looking at the age structure, we will see that the highest percentage is at 25-54years having 46.7% which means there would be high labor force in the country which also means there will be high demand for my product/services.
  12. 12.  Malthusian thought of population growth as a negative impact on economic development thereby restricting the growth of the society (pessimistic theory). According to Malthusian, population growth is one of the main causes which have in one way or the other hitherto the progress of mankind economically.
  13. 13.  Marx was in completely denied Malthusian’s theory. Marx’s believe was population growth will not cripple the economic development of a society but boost it (optimistic theory). He also said population growth would lead to a greater and much more wealth not misery.
