Stay Consistent• Workout as consistently as possible aiming for 5 days per week.• Stay active and do things outdoors such as walking, hiking, biking, etc
Pay Attention• Analyze and track your workouts by writing them down in a journal.• Listen to your body and if it is too sore do a light workout. This is a marathon not a sprint.
Be Social• Find a support group to help you out and to make it fun.• You are more likely to stick with your workout program if you have friends that you are training with.
Work Hard• You get what you put in. If you work hard and smart you will reach your goals over time.• Your effort is the only effort that matters. Aim each day to push yourself a little harder and smarter.
Nourish your Body• Eat clean proteins, carbohydrates and fats.• Eat often throughout the day.• Drink plenty of water. (Gallon is optimal)• Sleep 7-8 hours a day.• Reduce sugars and salt in your diet.• Allow yourself a cheat meal/day. Life is too short
