Perhaps you would like to influence ALL areas of your club.<br />The following is a proven method of promotion:<br />Sponsor a new member and receive 10 tickets<br />Give 5 referral names and phone numbers and receive 10 tickets<br />Pay your membership in full and receive 10 tickets<br />Join today and receive 10 tickets<br />Join on a monthly dues membership and receive 10 tickets<br />All tickets would be placed in a "tumbler." The only limitation in offering tickets is your imagination.<br />Tickets would be given out during the entire promotional period (30-60 days)<br />
  7. 7. The Event<br />On the final day of your promotion, offer additional opportunities to receive tickets. For example:<br />Bring a guest to Member Appreciation Day and receive 10 tickets<br />Sponsor a new member on Member Appreciation Day and receive 10 tickets<br />Join on Member Appreciation Day and receive 10 tickets<br />Once you complete all opportunities for members to receive tickets, conduct a drawing. All names pulled would have a chance to win (only one attempt per person).<br />All of the selected participants would attempt a 4-putt combo. By successfully sinking 4 putts of varying distance, they would win the prize (the number of potential winners would equal the number of participants).<br />

  9. 9. Sponsorship<br />To maximize your promotional event, we suggest you go into your community (or club) and find sponsors. For example, if you are giving your members a chance to win a brand new BMW convertible, you might want to go to your local BMW dealership and see if they would be interested in sponsoring your event. You can do the same with other car dealerships, banks, etc. In addition, you might have smaller sponsors instead of one big sponsor. This would be a win-win situation for all concerned.<br /> Of course, your sponsorship money would pay for your prize guaranty program. You can have additional smaller sponsors and even make your event a profit center.<br /> Typically, sponsors would be able to promote their company in your club during the prize period.<br />
  10. 10. How to Stage the Event<br />The entire event must be video-taped for accuracy. When someone successfully completes the 4-putt combo, send the video tape along with the name and address of 2 non-participating witnesses to Advantage Promotions.<br />Other rules and regulations will apply.<br />
