Plot of land. “Zambrone Villas” is a 12 units development already built on a plot of
land located in the Municipality of Zambrone (VV), Priscopio locality, registered at
the Land Registry of the same Municipality at folio 7, parcels 315, 320, 336, 340.
Developer. The construction of the said development has been carried out by
COSTRUZIONI EDILI S.A.S. DI COTRONEO VINCENZO E DANIELE, Italian
company with registered office in Zambrone (VV) VAT code 02770960793,
represented herein by its legal representative Mr. Vincenzo Cotroneo, born in
Zambrone on 9 June 1957.
Ownership. The said plot of land as well as the development built is fully owned
by COSTRUZIONI EDILI S.A.S. DI COTRONEO VINCENZO E DANIELE. In
particular, the above mentioned company owns the said plot of land through deed
of sale and purchase rep. 27934/10111 drafted on 26 June 2007 by Mr. Giampiero
Monteleone, Notary in Vibo Valentia, registered in Vibo Valentia on 3 July 2007
(no. 1680 serie 1T).
Every unit has already been registered at the Building Registry of the Municipality
of Zambrone.
Administrative authorizations. “Zambrone Villas” project obtained the following
building permissions by the competent Municipality of Zambrone: 1) build. perm.

no. 31 dated 27 October 2006; 2) build. perm. no. 1 dated 31 January 2007; 3)
build. perm. no. 9 dated 29 March 2007; 4) build. perm. no. 20 dated 20 June
2007.
