    • 5. What do we mean though? • Assumption is that all will go with answer 3 • But what do we mean by complete? • Or perhaps what do you mean by complete?
    • 6. What is the work that recruiters do? • The session is about what recruiters do in their day to day work and the many systems that are used in that respect
    • 7. A typical recruitment process Complete vacancy request Gain approval Publish vacancy & source applicants Receive applications Shortlist for interview / Reject Arrange & conduct interviews Reject Offers & background checks Effect Hire

    • 10. Sourcing • But let’s stop there for a moment • We are talking about the system you as recruiters use – but what does the candidate experience? • Consistent branding? Company URLs?
    • 11. Candidate experience
    • 12. One system? • Does your web site live independently of your ATS or is it “powered” by the ATS? • Do candidates know they are interacting directly with you or does it have the appearance of a separate system?
    • 13. Social - Facebook
    • 14. One system? • Do you post jobs to Facebook – by hand? • Can candidates filter & apply using the method of their choice (and yours of course…) • Is your Facebook recruitment “powered” by your ATS?
    • 15. Mobile
    • 16. One system? • Do you provide a mobile interface for candidates? • Can candidates apply from the mobile device? Do you want them to? • Is your Mobile recruitment “powered” by your ATS or a separate “app”?
    • 17. Why is it important? • With the “one system” approach, your recruiters are in control – totally • Change the search criteria or application forms in ATS  automatically instantly applied to Social & Mobile
