Claudine Lagerholm Project Manager SAP Career Center: The mentors have been absolutely amazing to work with. They provided a ton of value in the pilot and launch of the new SCN Career Center. Examples include: comprehensive testing of the site from employers' and applicants' point of view, specific suggestions on how to make the site better (high level and feature/functions), info on trends in the market, what works and what doesn't when looking for jobs or candidates in the SAP ecosystem, their views on LinkedIn, their views on potential problems with 3rd party agencies and recruiters. I would like to point out that the mentors are extremely responsive, and we typically hear back from them within a few hours. Also, one mentor is going to be quoted in our upcoming press release to supplement the quotes we’ll have from an SAP exec and a professor from UA. I can not say enough about how much value the mentors provide. Many thanks.
